1. Services

Impel Web Studio provides web design, development, and engineering services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or contract agreed upon before work begins.

2. Project Terms

Projects begin upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback turnaround and scope changes. Fixed-price quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in each project proposal. Late payments may result in project suspension. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified. Bank transfer and mobile money are accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

6. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, in the courts of Nairobi.
